Barmouth History Project

In May 2024 the Barmouth History Project was opened in St John's Church. The church is open 7 days a week from 10am to 4pm if you are in Barmouth and would like to visit.

 

This is the culmination of many hours work by volunteers to document the history of Barmouth. So much information was collected that it did not all fit in the space available! The full text has been collated into two booklets (one in Welsh, one in English). A website is being put together, but until that is ready, you can download the chapters here.
